Created in 1987, the French Business Council of Dubai and The Northern Emirates (FBC) , is a non profit association under UAE law.

The FBC is affiliated to the l’Union des Chambres de Commerce et d’Industrie Française à l’Etranger  ( UCCIFE), a worldwide network of 114 French Chambers of commerce abroad.

The FBC liaises with French Government representatives in the UAE, French Chambers of Commerce in France and abraod as well as with UAE authorities.

These contacts  aim at helping members to benefit from necessary information for business both in France and the UAE 
                       

FBC main objectives

• to promote and inform the FBC business community through an array of events and services. 
• to promote and develop business and commercial relationships in and between Dubai, the Northern Emirates and France
• to provide business support to FBC Members and French exporters, and to set up or increase their business in the UAE

FBC Members

FBC represents more than 350 Members.  FBC Members are mainly representatives of French national companies implemented in the UAE or representatives of local companies trading with France.

Created in 1907, l’Union des Chambres de Commerce et d’Industrie Française à l’Etranger represents 115 French Chambers of Commerce and Industry abroad. The 'UCCIFE is present in 78 countries and represents over 25 000 firms, including  50% foreign companies.
