The FBC Recruitment and Human Resources service is a non profit service which benefits from :
• an updated expertise on the recruitment market in the UAE
• a network of more than 300 members of the FBC
• a data-basis of french speaking candidates
The main objectives of the FBC recruitment and human resources service are:
• to assist companies in their recruitment needs before and while setting-up in the UAE on HR concerns : working law, contracts, visas
• to assist candidates in their job research in Dubai & the Northern Emirates
• to link HR professionals within the FBC network through round tables "Les Matinales RH", informal short meetings to share knowledge and best practises on HR issues.
• to offer Translation and Interpreting services for companies in business trip and companies in Dubai. These services include document translation, contracts, communication tools and assistance during business meetings or on shows and exhibitions in english, arabic and french.
The employers/candidates link is constantly operational by:
• a monthly list of short resumes sent to all FBC members and is available on the FBC Website (Company Section)
• professional selection of candidates with sending of applicants for companies needing assistance on a job position.
