About Amel MURPHY, Co-founder & Managing Director of Sustain Leadership
She is a Transformation strategist who uses creative leadership, human centre systems thinking to reveal opportunities for her clients in service of result. Amel is the co-founder of a boutique consultancy specialised in D&I, Leadership development and transformation. She is also the Regional Lead for Lean IN Sheryl Sandberg Foundation, The founder of Project Fenix a UK based social enterprise with the goal to re-defining the future of the workplace through Inclusion and wellbeing Amel has 20 years of global experience, living and working in 17 countries and leading one of the world largest Energy company.
