Nowadays, what defines and separates home life and work life, is in constant evolution.

At Schneider Electric, a new Global Family Leave policy has been put in place. The policy, which is a significant step towards becoming more inclusive, and aims to enable people to be at their best.

Schneider Electric will be pleased to share its experience and progress to date in relation to this flagship initiative rolled out as part of its flexibility-at-work policy, as well as on other topics to be discussed in a Round Robin table talk.

  • 10:15 - 10:45 - Open discussion on what works in Gulf
