Les Calissons du Roy René

Calissons, a local specialty dating back to the XVth century, are made from a smooth paste of candied fruit and ground almonds, covered with royal icing.

Laboratoire d'Herboristerie Générale

was created in 1943 in Marseille, France, as a bulk negotiating firm for medicinal plants, herbs and spices of all origins. Provence Epice, a registered trademark, was launched in 1983 to consolidate the presence of Laboratoire d'Herboristerie Générale in the foods market.
In 1987, the acquisition of the century-old brand Epices Rabelais enriched its foods line with an historic and secret spice blend thus reinforcing its commercial network.

Conserverie au Bec Fin

The Conserverie Au Bec Fin is a company located in Cogolin, at the very heart of the Saint-Tropez Gulf, in the Var department.
It was created in 1991. It specializes in manufacturing Provençal dishes, mainly with fish from the Mediterranean. All recipes coming out of the manufacture are traditionally made from fresh produce whether fish, oil, herbs, or local vegetables, without the adjunction of any binding agent or preservative.
