classic companions will be combined by famous celebrity chef Gérard
Baud from 29th April to 4th May 2006, bringing
a superb menu of unique cheese-based dishes, along with specially
selected wines from Bordeaux.
Founder of the award wining cheese and wine restaurant, Baud &
Millet in Bordeaux, Chef Gérard enjoys world wide acclaim for his
culinary expertise and has taught in hotel and catering colleges for
many years in Mauritius, Costa Rica, West Africa and the Dutch West
Indies. Chef Baud has also hosted gourmet television shows from
France to Canada and Japan where numerous TV programs made him a
house-hold name.

with cheese and beer, or al the Martini Lounge with cheese and
cocktails.
