STRUCTURE IN DUBAI |

More than 40 people
have joined our last breakfast seminar, held the 23rd of November at
the Fairmont Hotel, by
Denis Acker,
Barrister & Solicitor, from
Acker Choquette Advocates &
Legal Consultants,
on establishment of business structures in Dubai.
Mr. Acker gave first general information and technical advice about
the specificities of setting up Limited Liability Company, General
Trading Company, Branch and Representative office of a foreign
company. Then, he presented the specificities of making business in
free zone, focusing on the Jebel Ali free zone, the first one to be
established and the best known in this country.
The presentation ended with many relevant questions among the
participants, that show their great interest for the matter.

September 2004 the Employment service has
placed 7 candidates. As of today we still
have an other 21 vacancies that we are
helping to fill.
To implement the efficiency of the
employment service, the FBC will organize
regular seminars animated by jurists and
labor law specialists who will give you the
updates on the uae regulations as well as
other relevant informations like
recrutement, training and more generally
Human Ressources strategy.
