Richemont
Haute Horlogerie has started its regional activity in Luxury
sector since August 2001. We’ve set up our office more or less when
Dominique Fabrer and Eva Leunert created the FBC Employment Network
and Service. Being mainly francophone structure we are interested in
the CV received by the FBC.
The list of potential candidates is selected by the FBC further to
the job description communicated from our side. For each position
we’ve always received several interesting profiles that enabled us
to interview enough candidates to make the best final choice.
In order to help the FBC to select the motivated candidates, we send
our feedback after the interviews.
We also always inform the candidates, who send us directly their CV,
of the service provided by the FBC.
The service provided by the Employment team has definitely gained in
efficiency and reputation throughout the years. Today we’ve
recruited several employees thanks to the FBC Employment Service and
probably more to come.
