iQ Selection is delighted and honored to be the first recruitment consultancy in the U.A.E. to win the Dubai Quality Appreciation Program under the Service category, for the year 2003.

Since its inception in 1994, the Dubai Quality Award has continued to be the driving force behind quality and continuous improvement throughout the Emirates. The model provides a roadmap for all organizations operating within the Emirates, striving to achieve business excellence. As the Dubai Quality Award continues to develop to reflect leading contemporary practices in the field of total quality management, so iQ Selection aims to meet these quality standards.

iQ Selection is a consultancy specializing in the recruitment of management level executives throughout the Middle East region through the application of selection methodology. In addition to executive recruitment,
iQ Selection offers a broader HR consultancy service. Consultants are qualified in Psychometric Assessment through the British Psychological Society, offering clients a service encompassing psychometric assessment and profiling, to facilitate not only recruitment, but also staff reviews, appraisals and development. iQ Selection has contributed to salary surveys within media publications and private industry, and works with the Government and UAE Universities on their initiatives to improve the rate of UAE National employment, through presentations, one-on-one consultation and participation in exhibitions and workshops.
