KHALEEJ TIMES announces a special report on FRANCE 2004

Ties between the United Arab Emirates and France, one of the top industrialized nations of the world and the cultural face of mainland Europe, have been rapidly growing over the recent years as the development drive in the emirates and neighboring Gulf states continues unabated.
