Mama Mina Mia!The Mina goes Italiano with "Bussola"
Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina is adding an exciting new restaurant to its existing portfolio of outstanding outlets. "Bussola", which means compass in Italian, French and Arabic, opens in June offering authentic Italian cuisine located right on the beach and overlooking the Arabian Sea.
Bussola offers 2 exciting floors, where every guest will be delighted with a genuine and authentic dining experience. On the ground floor, you will find a casual dining spot, while upstairs your mood will change in the trendy "al fresco" lounge & bar with 32 different pizzas, while absorbing the unbeatable sea views.
Alain Grima, a 27-year-old Maltese national, and Corrado Pani, a 34-year-old Italian, will head this new exciting restaurant on the beach as the Restaurant Manager and Executive chef respectively.
Grima, is a true restaurant professional with extensive international experience. He holds a bachelor degree in Hospitality administration and speaks five languages including English and Italian.
Pani is a veteran in the hospitality industry. Before joining Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina he worked in Abu Dhabi and won the "What's On" Italian restaurant award in 2003.
Diners can enjoy their evening inside as well as "al fresco" under the stars, with stunning views of palm trees, pools, beach and the ocean soaked up in candlelight and lounge music.
