Phil McArthur, Director Leasing and Marketing Dubai Festival City LLC

With over 25 years experience in Entertainment Management and the Retail Leasing, Management and Marketing of Enclosed Shopping Centres, Mr. McArthur has been involved in the strategic direction of over 30 enclosed shopping centres with a combined retail area in excess of 15 million square feet on four continents.

 Phil McArthur received the designation of Certified Shopping Centre Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centres in 1986 and has held several executive positions with ICSC including President – Middle East Council of Shopping Centres.  Mr. McArthur is also a member of the international education faculty of ICSC.
