COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS

Chef de Cuisine Stephane and Maitre D’ Brendan have planned two special cooking demonstrations for the month of March. Both of them will take place in the hottest restaurant of Dubai: Tang.

The first demonstration takes place on Monday 13th March at 11.00 am themed Modern Mexican cooking. On Friday the 31st, the class starts at 11.00 am as well and the highlight will be Modern Japanese dishes. Stephane will tell you step-by-step how to prepare special recipes with these themes. After the demonstration lunch will be served with plenty of time to have a chat with the chef. The cooking demonstration costs Dhs 200, - per person.
