Facelift for Retro

Retro, the daringly different restaurant at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina will undergo a facelift.

Stephane’s cuisine is considered molecular gastronomy, which is a more scientific approach to what tastes good and why. This science has made quite an impact in the market and his cooking demonstrations are immensely popular. To match his daring combinations of flavours, ingredients and colours, the restaurant is currently being revamped and redecorated.

Bella Decoration, an interior design company based in Dubai and known to have outlined interiors for the rich and famous, has been appointed for the facelift of the restaurant. The primary colours will be the threshold of the out-of-the-box design. Retro will re-open early December.”
