FBC General Assembly

We need your participation and vote!

The FBC Annual General Assembly will take place on 31st October 2006 at the Novotel - Dubai.
This General Assembly is the opportunity to learn about last year’s achievements and to introduce you to the new FBC projects. Your attendance is highly important. All FBC Members who have paid their membership fees for the year starting 1st October 2006 until 30th September 2007, at least one week before the meeting (22th october), will have the right to vote for the New Executive Committee. Only one vote per membership is authorized.

As a voting member of the Council, you are requested to elect 11 members-at-large to form with the outgoing President the FBC 2006/2007 Executive Committee. If you are unable to attend the AGA, we request that you submit the attached power of delegation (proxy) in order to ensure the quorum.
Each member cannot hold more than 3 proxies.

Candidatures :
As per the FBC Constitution, every FBC Member who has paid his membership fees for the current year 2006-2007 (starting 1st October 2006) may be candidate for the Executive Committee’s election on 31st October 2006. Candidatures should be received before the 17th october 2006.
