Professor Jean Robert Pitte, PHD in geography and President of Paris Sorbonne University shared with 40 FBC members and friends his considerable knowledge on food and wine and the impact of gastronomy all over the world. After the dinner that followed this conference, Professor Pitted, answered numerous questions till late in the evening.
