Within the FBC Presence scheme, the FBC has welcomed two new tenants since September 2007. We wish Soheila Kassir and Sebastien Rue much success in new functions.

Since 2002, the General Council of Finistère (Brittany) has been working with business developers in Finland and Hungary to help the SME of its county with their development throughout Europe.
In order to increase their development at an international level, the General Council of Finistère opened his first representative office in Dubai in September 2007 inside the FBC Premises within FBC Presence scheme. This new initiative led by Souheila Kassir aims at helping the SME of Finistère to start or develop their business activities in the Emirates and to facilitate partnerships with local partners.
Firms with exceptional know-how or very specific products were selected in order to better break into this market of middle east, already full of competitors. Food products, fine grocery, kitchen equipment, textile, wooden decoration, thermodynamic equipment are some of the products made in Finistère.


Mathieu S.A (Fayat Group) is the n°1 French manufacturer of Street sweepers and washers providing cleaning equipment for roads and parks. Following its export development and the growing demand in all the Gulf countries, the company has decided to hire an Area Export Manager based in Dubai and dedicated to the Middle-East. Sebastien Rue is based in the FBC premises within the FBC Presence Scheme since the 22nd of September and is here to set up a professional dealer network in the GCC Countries, Iran, Pakistan and India. He’ll be pleased to welcome any inquiries concerning cleaning solutions.
