Following on a previous introduction to Intellectual Property, Sara Holder will provide a practical overview of what you need to know about intellectual property as an employer. This will help you identify who in your organization needs to be responsible for intellectual property identification, enforcement and exploitation.  Your responsibilities as an employer towards your employees and sub-contractors in relation to intellectual property and theirs towards you will then be discussed.  Sara will end with some practical suggestions that can be implemented in your business to assist with intellectual asset management.
