ANASSA Fitness for Wellbeing is a state-of-the-art studio offering a range of Gyrotonic®, Pilates, TRX and Yoga exercising methods. Designed to boost energy and performance, every class has been customized to create balance whilst living a demanding urban lifestyle.

In addition to Pilates, Yoga and Gyrotonic®, Anassa Fitness decided to add TRX®, also known as Total Body Resistance Exercise.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
