Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to ensure smooth efficient operation of the office

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing regular report and presentations
  • Maintain and update the customer database through the internal CRM
  • Prepare monthly reports based on the internal KPI's extracted from the CRM
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Maintaining the company calendar, schedule appointments and travel plans
  • Interacting and following up with the IT provider about the IT system issues
  • Processing RFQ`s and sending quotations to the customers,
  • Acknowledge receipt of the customer coming orders, enquiries
  • Payment follow up and perform adhoc as assigned by the management
  • Update database of sample stock items
  • Centralize and update the Customer/Sales about ongoing aftersales if any
  • Maintain and monitor office stationary equipment and supplies

 Qualification & Skills:

  • Must have a proven work experience as Administrative Officer, Front Office Desk, receptionist
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, and MS Word) is a must
  • Attention to detail, Proactive, Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High school diploma

 Salary package: To be defined
 Job location: Dubai, UAE
