2018-19RS033 - HR & Office Manager

Our client, is looking for its new HR & Office Manager in order to manage the daily operations related to the employees as well as related to the office. He/She will reports directly to the CEO and will manage a receptionist

Key responsibilities

HR 
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, sick leaves,)
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
• Process governmental documents and paperwork, such as visa applications, labour cards, contract, etc.
• Issue employment contracts and payslip
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, DSO headquarters, etc
• Assist in recruitment processes; job description, CV selection, recruitment interviews, etc.
• Revise company policies
• Prepare the arrival of a newly hired employee and conduct the initial orientation + induction plan
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• PRO tasks
• Organizing team building activities when needed

OFFICE
• Liaise with external partners such as Facility Management, office suppliers (Masafi water, Quick Office, Eurocoffee, etc)
• Ensure the renewal of the official licenses and permits for the company and LLC , Dubai Chamber, Dubai Customs, DED, etc.
• Maintain and update the official papers (licenses and contracts) in electronic records and paper form.
• Implication in the office move

• Proven work experience in this field

Job Offer
Part time, morning time, 5 days a week
