2018-19RS050B - Contract Execution Manager

Overall Purpose of the Job: The Account Manager will be responsible for driving contract execution. The Account Manager will channel all the communication with the Account during the execution phase and coordinate all required actions accordingly with the operational team. The Account Manager will identify and relay to others teams all strategic information with potential impacts on business. The ultimate target is the Account retention to ensure the achievement of revenue and profits as targeted.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to Revenue and Profits deployment and optimization for one or several key accounts

  • Involve itself into operational/technical relation with Account in relation with project execution
  • Propose technical solutions to be implemented and their economic implications
  • Participate to tender submission during Bid phase

Coordinate information and operations implementation between all involved stakeholders

  • Determine quality optimal conditions from Supplier sourcing up to Consignee final delivery, including all sub-contracted services
  • Assure all contractual commitments are met
  • Suggest performance improvement actions to account towards service provision improvements (products, good or delivery related services), especially to respect the contractual commitments undertaken.

Required Work Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management role. Exposure and experience of change management would be an advantage.
  • Considerable and broad experience in Supply Chain Management in business-to-business environment and/or service sectors.
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record of key account management, developing and building profitable relationships and influencing senior decision makers.

Required qualifications
Master of Science Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management

Required Languages

  • Fluent English, both verbal and written.
  • A second language (European) would be advantageous.

Travel / Rotation Requirements

  • Quarterly Business review to attend at Account location.
