Our client is looking for its new International Business Developer to join the team, He/She will be based in Dubai

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall job purpose: 

The International Business Development Manager is cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to increase revenue for their companies.

You are also responsible for securing new leads & clients for

Customer Engagement & Loyalty,  

Employee Engagement & Sales Incentive

Gifts, Rewards and Incentive Fulfillment 

Within the company existing portfolio of clients as well as seeking out new clients. The role is expected to have a focus on hunting new business. The role ensures an excellent client experience at all times and works in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure smooth transition of accounts into the business.

• International Business Development Manager Job Duties 

Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.

Develop individual business plans for each country.

Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.

Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.

Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations.

Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same.

Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business.

Train and provide guidance to staff members and business development issues.

Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets and participate in every fortnightly conference.

Analyze business and review future prospective for same.

Manage all customer communication and maintain effective relationship with all.

Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development.

Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management.

Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods. Maintain all communication with Director.

Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.

• Sourcing Duties based on your sales

Focusing  on  existing  accounts  with  a  client-centric  retention  strategy  like  Client  catalogue  sales, communicating about new partners on board etc.

Mapping  the  requirements  of  corporate  clients  and  providing  them  the  best  solution  to  meet  their requirements needs effectively

Achieving sales objectives,  revenues  by  selling,  upselling  and  cross  selling  varied  offerings  including reward solutions, gift card, merchandises.

Prompt communication to client queries and maintaining a good relationship.

Sales Analysis, Usage review, and planning vis-à-vis product analysis on a Monthly basis.

Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies

Sales management to drive both volume and value business

Sourcing of Gift Cards from international suppliers and negotiating on the discount and float 

Responsible for the collection and clearing the outstanding of the client as per the timelines and payment terms

Coordinating with Catalogue team to make sure the catalogue will be up to date with all the details

Coordinating for the API's integration with the IT team to meet the desired timelines

Following up with Finance team for the invoicing and payments receivables as well as payables.
