Our client is looking for a Client Director, you will be based in the Dubai, and will report to the Head of Employee Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
  • Creating sales pitches
  • Executing sales objectives
  • Finding and following new sales leads
  • Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Attending networking events
  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
  • Interact and building relationships with insurance sales representatives 
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand awareness/loyalty 
  • Researching the market and industry trends

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
  • MBA degree is a major plus

Professional Experience:  

  • More than 10 years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, or related field.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a major plus
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results

 Computer Skills:
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

 Languages:

  • Native French speaker
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing)
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
