Our client, is looking for its new Key Account Manager, he/she will be based in Dubai and will report to V.P. Business Development

Job brief:

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to manage the relationships of the company with its clients.  You  will  be  responsible  for  developing  and  maintaining  long  term  key  customers  by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

 

Key responsibilities

• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company 
•  In-depth  understanding  of  company  key  clients  and  their  position  in  the  industry  and recommending them a suitable product range
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
• Strategic planning to improve client results
• Working with logistics, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure that all client needs are met if not to propose alternatives
• Resolving key client issues and complaints and helping the team 
• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
• Excellent English (Arabic is a plus)
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
•  2  to  3  years’  previous  work  experience  in  sales,  management,  key  account  management,  or relevant experience in the region
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
• Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office, with emphasis on superior Excel skills
• Potential travel expectations of up to 50%
