2019-20RS10 - Junior Regional Sales Manager
Our client is looking for a Junior Regional Sales Manager to work in a Dubai based company dealing in the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry. The candidate will be managing the sales department and marketing department, reporting directly to the owner and managing director.
Responsibilities:
The job consists of two aspects:
Sales:
- Manage our sales team working in our client stores in UAE
- Make sure the sales targets are met on monthly basis in following closely the staffs / stores / sales per products, and develop the necessary Sales & Marketing tools to reach our target
- Train the staff
- Visit each store at least twice a month (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain)
Marketing:
- Set up and execution of the marketing plan for each of our brands in relation with clients / suppliers / MD
- Creation of POSM support for the brands with local designers
- Preparing Launch / Sales / Marketing reports
The position is more of an operational position since the achievement of your target will be done mainly by your own sales team present in the stores. So the strong management of your sales team is a key point. The candidate will be 100% autonomous.
Profile:
- The candidate must have a degree from a European Business School.
- Past experience in Sales in UAE will be an advantage even in other industry. Strong personality skills and managerial skills.
- Very good English. French.
- Skills: Self-Autonomy, Organized, Motivated, excellent on Microsoft Office.
