2020-21RS08 - Business Development/ Sales Manager

Our client, a consulting company well established in UAE is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development/ Sales person to help its clientele.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
•Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
•Conduct research to identify new markets, new opportunities and customer needs
•Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
•Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
•Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, face to face, over the phone or Web
•Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
•Create a sales pipeline and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
•Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
•Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
•Help to plan sales campaigns
•Attend and represent the Company at Business Group meeting, Webinars, Exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and industry events where appropriate.
•Prepare quotes, proposals and sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
•Liaise with the operation, finance teams as appropriate

Requirements
•Proven working experience as a sales and business development role or a relevant role
•Proven sales track record
•Experience in HR support in UAE is a plus
•Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Netsuite)
•Bilingual English and French
•Market knowledge
•BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

•Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
•An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business  associates
•Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
•Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
•IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
•Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
•Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
•Negotiating skills
•Ability to analyse sales figures and write reports
•A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
•Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
