We are looking for a candidate with high communication skills, customer oriented with the ability to moderate and manage our brand communication across our main digital platforms.
Job description:
Customer Service for the GCC Region:
• Provide product information and resolve any problems that our customers might face by addressing them promptly, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Monitor online reviews about the brand and provide qualitative feedback to the team.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Create and maintain customer relationship.
• Coordinate and interact with the logistic platform to ensure smooth delivery of our e-shop purchases.
Community management on FB and IG
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
• IG and FB moderation.
CRM
• Email marketing newsletter.
• Customer database management.
• Campaign activation.
Market survey
• Perform online market research:
- Identify emerging trends.
- Competitor analysis
Website
• Assist with website content and follow up on changes.
• Bank image research.
Requirements (qualifications/skills):
- Bachelor’s degree in digital, marketing or a related field.
- Excellent writing skills in English. French and Arabic is a plus.
- Problem solving skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Strong understanding of social media channels and email marketing (MailChimp)
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- 1 to 2 years professional experience.
