This position will require effective, creative and efficient implementation of marketing plans across the GCC and Asia region for a portfolio of haute parfumerie brands. Furthermore, the brand manager will act as a Marketing interface between customers, partners and cross internal department (sales, logistic, finance).


Key Duties & Responsibilities: 
•    Manage product portfolio to contribute to brands’ development: 
•    Development of specific catalogues for the brands depending on the type of merchandising (category management)
•    Launch of the novelties with major launch / soft launch according to the regional potential of the product
•    Development of specific animations according to brand guidelines 
•    Implement new product launches
•    Coordination with area sales manager and logistic department to ensure successful launches 
•    Development of specific podiums / merchandising displays to support the launches when needed
•    Adapt and implement visual merchandising in the region
•    Implement trade marketing plan per market as per brands marketing plan
•    Animation of the POS during the launches within store podium, mall podium, visuals
•    Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, …) to support marketing objectives
•    Work closely with the sales department (daily basis + monthly meeting) regarding all the marketing aspects
•    Initiate and organize press and VIP events / regional tour
•    Create quarterly report on marketing activities to the brands 
•    Ensure that the brand guidelines are respected across all the Middle East

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing) or equivalence in work experience
•    3 to 5 years of experience
•    Excellent organizational, communicational and time management skills
•    The confidence to work by themselves and as part of a team
•    Fluent in English, French is a plus
