2020-21RS52 - Marketing Manager

Our client, a French company based in Dubai, a market leader in the UAE in payroll service solutions, is looking for its new Compliance Manager, to help build a product that is not only world class but leads the way in mitigating against the risk of financial crime.

 RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will ensure all digital projects are in line with performance goals, review and drive changes in all areas that impact performance and be involved in complex problems solving spanning multiple user personas. You will contribute to drive customer acquisition and retention.

•    Help to optimize website and its content to drive better SEO results and maximize conversion
•    Support the elaboration of a strong brand and product message into an attractive value proposition that’s conveyed consistently and fluidly over multiple channels to multiple audiences
•    Assist in the execution of digital media performance inclusive of planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, optimizing, testing, analyzing, forecasting and reporting new campaigns across all channels (paid social, paid search, mobile and display, email, SEO)
•    Work on the best content to generate leads and deliver KPIs
•    Optimize search engine campaigns to deliver the KPIs in collaboration with an agency.
•    Set up and implement email-marketing workflow using powerful marketing automation tools
•    Track and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels with performance marketing tools 
•    Understand customer behaviors, proving relevant segmentation and profiling
•    Monitor and research industry trends to continually improve knowledge, communicate new ideas and deliver recommendations for business optimization
•    Identify new sources of customer acquisition and business growth via new strategies and emerging channels

REQUIREMENTS 
•    Marketing, Management, Science and/ or Social degree 
•    3 years of experience only in Digital Marketing with focus on mobile app/e-com/gaming industry
•    Comfortable with working with large amount of data and discovering insights from user data 
•    Creativity: how to make a $100,000 marketing campaign beat a $1,000,000? 
•    Customer-centricity: make decision based on user insights 
•    Highly analytical in terms of A/B testing, iteration and learning from post & pre-analysis of campaigns 
•    High understanding of marketing technology 
•    Extensive knowledge on following Mobile and App marketing
