Survey | UAE Skills Initiative

The Dubai Chamber in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, invites members to take part in ‘UAE Skills’ initiative. The UAE Skills aimed at establishing a national skills framework to help educators develop market-led programs that respond to private sector evolving manpower needs, while integrating skills in demand with educational outputs.

UAE Skills will kick-off with a national survey designed to construct a real-time portrait of private sector requirements in select sectors. Later in the year, it will also engage industry experts to build a future forward model that responds to companies’ needs in the UAE.
