2018-19RS007 - Business Developer/ Account Manager

Our client, a new concept retail chain company existing since 2012, is looking for its new Business Developer/ Account Manager.

Job Summary: 

Reporting to the General Manager you will develop and manage a new sales channel (B2B) by redefining product catalogs and attracting new clients

Sales:

  • Find, contact, and bring new B2B customers (Exhibition, companies).  
  • Follow up customer inquiries.
  • Manage sales processes and follow up orders with operation department.
  • Forecast and analyze sales figures.
  • Prepare KPIs and present a monthly business review to management.

Marketing: 

  • Draft catalogs for customers.  
  • Prepare sales material. 
  • Develop product range according to market data.
  • Conduct marketing survey and periodical review of price strategy.

Profile

  • Master degree in sales and marketing 
  • 3 to 5 years’ Experience in sales/account management and UAE gift industry. 
  • Language: English, French/Arabic is plus but not mandatory. 
  • Perfect knowledge of windows & MS office
  • Driving License: yes
