Lunch in French style at Brasserie Boulud
“Le Déjeuner” is now served at the newest Brasserie in Dubai
Looking to step out of the office and impress your peers or clients? Fancy a leisurely lunch with friends? Or perhaps you just can’t get enough of Brasserie Boulud? Whatever your plans may be, the French dining concept by internationally acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud, is set to satiate appetites and make sure you do lunch in style.
Whether you’ve had enough of Zoom meetings and want to pop out of the office for 30-minutes to treat your taste buds to a delicious Business lunch menu, or wish to be little more lavish and opt for à la carte, Chef de Cuisine Nicolas Lemoyne will make sure you indulge in a contemporary French déjeuner, rooted in tradition. Choose two courses for AED 125 or three courses for AED 150 by selecting from an array of appetizers including classic Escargots de Bourgogne covered in sumptuous garlic-parsley butter, or a Salade De Sucrine, complete with Anchovies Pistou Ceasar Dressing. For the pièce de resistance, the mains, enjoy dishes such as Onglet De Boeuf Grillé A L’Echalotte, a grilled hanger steak in a sumptuous shallots sauce, served with creamy spinach and French fries, or go for the sea-bound option, daurade en papillotte, a flaky steamed seabream, topped with fennel, tomato scallion and herbs. Making sure all sweet tooths are satisfied, float on cloud nine with the Ile Flottante, an egg white cloud accompanied with vanilla bean, caramel sauce and tart strawberry jam, or do as the French do and indulge in a Selection De Fromages.

About Chef Daniel Boulud
Daniel Boulud is Chef-Owner of several award-winning restaurants and the Feast & Fêtes catering company. While he hails from outside Lyon, France, it is in New York that he has truly mastered the dining scene and is today considered one of America’s leading culinary authorities.
